Anita Charlebois Poulin 1927-2018
At the Lachute Pavillon, on December 20th, 2018, at the age of 91, passed away slowly and surrounded by her family, as she had wished, Mrs. Anita Poulin, wife of the late Fernand Poulin (deceased in April 2006).
She leaves in mourning and sadness her three children Manon (Jean-Yves Lebel), Robert (Carole Hébert) and Line. His sister and good friend Yolande (Bernard Dumas) and his big brother Rheal (Claudette Campbell). She also leaves her grandchildren, Benoît, Louis-Vincent, Émélie and Emmanuelle. His great-grandchildren, Chloe and Charles-Olivier, Eliot and Leah, Sean-Patrick and Norah as well as his nephews and nieces, relatives and friends.
A friendly meeting will take place on Saturday, January 5th, 2019 from 1:00 pm, a prayer will follow at 2 pm at the Salon Roland Menard Inc. 395 Grace Street, Lachute (Qc) J8H 1M3.
For their listening, professionalism and compassion, her children would like to thank the nurses, the staff and Dr. Sandrine Lascombes from the Pavillon Nursing Unit at Argenteuil Hospital.
