Réjean Pilon 1947-2021

The best of husbands, the best of dads and the best of grandfathers have left us after succumbing to the onslaught of Covid19 in the past few weeks.

He would have turned 74 on April 13, 2021.

This passionate and loving man, who was believed to be stronger than anything, will be sadly missed by his loving wife Lynn, with whom he would have celebrated his 45th wedding anniversary on May 24th.

He is also survived by the family of his daughter Marie-Ève, her spouse Jean-François as well as their children Mirélys, Damien, Sammy and Jasmine as well as the family of his son Julien, his wife Isabelle and their children Benjamin and Zoé.

This exceptional man, strong, sensitive, generous, hard-working, upright, proud and solid as an oak tree also leaves to mourn his three brothers Sylvain, Michel and Stéphane, his sister Joanne and their respective families.

Left from Saint-Clet to Brownsburg at 18 years old with his legendary determination, his pure authenticity and his courage as a toolbox, he will build little by little with exemplary loyalty a superb company and leave all women and men in sadness from the Lachute Subaru team for whom he had boundless affection.

He will also be sadly missed by the members of Lachute Performance and LP Aventure with whom Réjean shared a contagious passion in addition to serving as a guide and mentor, a true quiet force.

Finally, he also leaves a great void in the lives of dozens of people for whom Réjean was considered their second father or their adoptive father. Not to mention his friends, his clients who are so important to him, members of the Subaru community in Quebec and Canada, members of the motorsport community of all kinds, acceleration, rally, road circuit ...

As many people as Réjean marked by his simplicity, his generosity, his sincerity and his great desire to offer his help and to bring together the people he loved.

Réjean, you will never be forgotten and above all always loved.

We will forever carry the torch high for your core values which made you an exceptional man.

A celebration of Réjean's life will take place on Saturday July 17, 2021 from 2 p.m. directly at Brownsburg-Chatham cemetery (Chemin de la Carrière).
